Play it cool, self-pleasure, jerk off, the "little job," give yourself love...call it what you want, but M@m@turbate!

Today we want to celebrate World Masturbation Day!
Isn't it crazy/delightful that we have a whole month with the perfect excuse to masturbate every day? Well, as if we needed an excuse to do it.

Masturbation is a fundamental part of human sexuality (and even some animals'), and it has a whole host of other advantages: it helps you manage stress, sleep better, release sexual tension, manage pain, and get to know yourself better. It helps you discover what you like sexually: where do you want to be touched? How much pressure feels good? How fast or slow do you like it? Learning to have orgasms and find pleasure on your own can help you get aroused and achieve orgasms more easily during sex, because if you know what you like, you can tell or teach it to your partner.

Sexual self-exploration is how you get to know your body and expose it to different sensations. This way, you'll discover where you feel pleasure and with what type of stimulation. You can also do these exploration exercises with a partner, allowing you to get to know each other's bodies better and discover what excites them. Remember, practice makes perfect!

How do we begin with sexual exploration?
1. The first step is to recognize your body. How many times have you looked at your genitals in a mirror? Many people say they've never seen their genitals, so let's start there. Take a mirror and visually explore your body, get to know what it looks like, even masturbate while looking in the mirror. This way you can see how your body changes when it's aroused.
2. Explore. It's important not to focus solely on your genitals; many areas of your body can generate pleasure, and you'll only discover this by experimenting. Explore your entire body, giving each area time and stimulating it with different sensations: toys, vibration, suction, lubricants, feathers, hard or soft textures, temperature (hot/cold), varying intensities, etc.
3. Use different positions to stimulate and explore yourself.
4. Often we discover that changing positions is exactly what we need to feel more pleasure, so don't limit yourself. Take advantage of the shower, the bed, the sofas, etc.
5. We're going to share some interesting facts about masturbation.
6. 951% of men and 891% of women report that they DO masturbate. Men indicate that they do so almost daily, and more than half of the women indicate that they use vibrators (sex toys).
7. People who have sex more frequently masturbate more often; this is said to be due to the increase in testosterone that produces greater sexual energy.
8. The orgasm obtained during self-stimulation is reported as more intense than that obtained during intercourse.
9. The hormonal and tension release following ejaculation improves mood and promotes relaxation, and is also presumed to help maintain good health.
10. Masturbation helps reduce urinary tract infections or diseases.
11. It significantly improves sperm mobility and quality, thus enhancing fertility.
12. How much masturbation is "too much"? There's no set rule. Self-stimulation only becomes "excessive" when it interferes with your daily, social, and/or work activities.
